Bare wire bend and reverse bend tester is applicable to production plants and users of wires and cables, bare wires, wire ropes and others. Mainly use for repeated bending tests of bare wires and metal wires, to detect their plastic deformation performance and failures in repeated bending.
Test method: fix one end of the specimen, and the free end along with a predetermined radius of cylindrical surface to do bending test at 90° normal and reverse directions.
