Cleveland Open Cup Flash Point Tester is designed and made as per GB/T3536 Petroleum Products - Determination of Flash and Fire Points - Cleveland open cup method and ASTM D 92 Standard Test Method for Flash and Fire Points by Cleveland Open Cup Tester. It is applicable to all petroleum products with flash points above 79ºC and below 400ºC.
Product advantages
1. It adopts a special heating furnace form without open flame; The fire extinguishing cover is used for the test of the ignition point to ensure the safety of the experiment.
2. The heating power is continuous and steplessly adjustable, and the power is intuitively displayed by the LCD voltmeter, and the temperature control method is reasonable.
3. Desktop design structure, novel and compact; Users only need to use gas or other civil combustible gas to carry out the test, which is easy to use and the test results are accurate.
4. The thermometer bracket is reasonably designed. After adjusting the height of the thermometer once, the test can be carried out multiple times without having to adjust it again. Oil cup placement and removal can be done by simply gently lifting the thermometer clamp by hand.
5. With rapid cooling function, it can improve the test efficiency.
